This gentle heart-opening mantra meditation offers a safe and respectful way to reconnect with openness that already exists beneath those layers.
Blending modern understanding of how sound calms the nervous system with ancient Vedic wisdom of the heart chakra (Anahata), this experience uses sacred seed sounds to invite ease, warmth, and inner connection without strain, stretching, or emotional pressure.
Through simple seated postures, thoughtful teaching, and a soothing call-and-response mantra practice, sound becomes a companion, helping the body remember safety, resonance, and quiet joy.
